Join Chapter
Please Note: All new REALTOR members are required to complete a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of the Code of Ethics Training (this does not apply to Affiliate and/or Institute Affiliate members). This may be taken either online at www.realtor.org (you will receive your NRDS number once you are a member of NYSCAR) or at various locations throughout New York State.
Costs
There are three levels of annual membership:
New NYSCAR Member (non-realtor) in joining all the agents of the firm must join. $475 per agent.
Secondary Board Member (existing Realtors, i.e. LIBOR members)
may join as individuals $230.
Institute Affiliates Member (existing CCIM or SIOR)
only need to join and pay Chapter Dues $50.
Sponsorship
is also available $350 per year
